"Dig Science" is the theme for this year's Flagstaff Festival of Science. The Arboretum will participate again in 2007 by offering a Fall Open House on Saturday, September 29 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The event is free for the afternoon. Families can enjoy hands-on craft activities, a scavenger hunt, music from the Flagstaff Community Band's Brass Ensemble, special tours, the Live Birds of Prey program and a guest lecture on "Understanding Your Garden Soil" with Master Gardener Program Coordinator Hattie Braun.
