Ephemeral Streams and Seasonal Runoff

Use plants from this list for landscapes at all elevations on the plateau in ephemeral streams or areas of high seasonal runoff in Zone 4 or warmer (minimum temperature –20 to –30 degrees), and in other areas or microclimates with spring and summer seasonal inundation, and in areas of high-water use in irrigated gardens.
