Accessibility at The Arboretum
The Arboretum at Flagstaff is 200 acres, with several miles of mulch and dirt paths through the gardens and grounds at 7,200 feet elevation. We have a golf cart available for our daily 11am Docent Garden Tours, and 11am and 1pm on weekends, for those with walking limitations. Please call ahead at 928-774-1442 if possible.
The Arboretum is open every day, except Tuesdays.

Butterfly House is open from May 24 to early September
Members are FREE.
Prices include entry to the Butterfly House (open late May to September 31).
Last admission entry is 4:00pm.

In Season Activities
Daily tours. Join a 50-minute guided tour at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM . Included with admission.
Gift Shop. Garden-themed items, nature-inspired jewelry, specialty soaps, t-shirts, and more! Browse through our selection of books on high altitude gardening, Arizona plant identification, and Colorado Plateau ecology. Arboretum mugs and hats are available as well.
Picnics. Picnic tables are located throughout the grounds. Visitors are welcome to bring their own food. Take-out lunches can be purchased at Woody’s Sandwich Shoppe, located at the corner of Route 66 and Woody Mountain Rd. (2727 W. Route 66). Dogs. As of April 2016, dogs will be allowed when leashed and accompanied by their owners. Dogs will NOT be allowed inside buildings, or during special events. Please call (928) 774 -1442 for more information.
Smoking. Smoking is prohibited at The Arboretum.
